Jean-Baptiste Picard

Freshly graduated from Télécom Paris and after my first consulting experience at Arthur D. Little, I decided in 2006 to join Kearney, one of the world leaders in Strategy and Organization Consulting, where I worked for four years in the Telecom and Banking-Insurance practices.
But drawn to operations, I then joined Leader Price (Casino Group) to develop its network of 300 franchise stores, before taking over as head of management control for the same network a few months later. Building on this experience in retail, I decided in 2013 to join Amazon, where I spent five years learning all the ins and outs of e-commerce. I then branched out into the world of tech, joining AWS (Amazon Web Services), the world leader in cloud computing, where I spent six years supporting the digital transformation of several major CAC40 companies in the energy and manufacturing sectors. In early 2024, I decided to join OMS as a Partner to continue developing business in my favorite sectors. I enjoy gardening, discovering new restaurants with friends, and traveling with my family.
