Elisabeth Hachmanian

Passionate about public sector issues and public policy, I have built my career around supporting transformations and major transitions in public and healthcare organizations. After a first experience in a think tank dedicated to public management, I joined the consulting world, first in niche firms, then in the Big Four: Coopers&Lybrand, Deloitte (1998 to 2010) and PwC (2010 to 2022) as a partner. I was in charge of PwC’s public sector consulting practice from 2014 to 2022, where I led and developed the consulting business for public organizations and the healthcare sector, and led and grew a team of consultants who were also highly invested in and committed to the transformation of these sectors. I enthusiastically joined One Man Support in June 2022, convinced by the richness and high quality of the teams, the interest of the model and its complementarity with consulting. I love cooking, contemporary dance, design and visiting the world’s great cities.
