As a true business enthusiast, I have spent the last 15 years immersing myself in the transformation of companies and their cultures. My professional career has been forged in the field, orchestrating significant change projects and always ensuring that the human aspect is valued in all aspects of transformation. In my role, I am often asked to guide leaders, not only by clarifying their intentions, but also by successfully manifesting and implementing them. Over the years, I have refined my specialization in the crucial issues of corporate culture and employee experience. The enriching collaborations I have had with my clients have also allowed me to explore the literary field, co-authoring the book “Au cœur de l’expérience collaborateur” (At the Heart of the Employee Experience) with Anne Vonbank. Having already had the privilege of engaging the exceptional services of OMS in my previous roles during large-scale transformation projects, I am now delighted to combine my expertise and passion with this dynamic team. I am excited to introduce you to our diverse team of experts. Outside the office, I enjoy board sports and golf.
