Régis Durand Chauchat

After gaining initial experience as an auditor (Deloitte) and then as head of management control at an IT company (Sema Group), I joined a young company in 1997: Nespresso (Nestlé). First as CFO of the French division, then as Retail Manager and Store Network Developer. Between 2001 and 2005, Nespresso successfully transformed its distribution model from a historically mail-order business to one based primarily on retail sales. It was during this formative period that the entire in-store customer experience, which is still in place today, was developed and rolled out. Once this challenge had been met, I was appointed General Manager of Nespresso France’s B2B activities, with my first task being to buy back a network of distributors. At the end of 2007, after more than 10 years working to develop a brand that had become an icon, I decided to pursue other projects. Initially, I supported various companies in their development, first as an operational shareholder, then as a consultant (Partner from 2010 to 2014 at A.E.C. Partners). In 2017, I joined the adventure initiated by Arnaud Sourisseau at One Man Support (OMS), a veritable pool of strategy experts and experienced operational professionals. As a partner, I am dedicated to interim management activities in the fields of finance, retail, marketing, and commercial development in high-profile brand environments. I enjoy teamwork, simplicity, running, and the great outdoors.
