A leading European B2B software provider launched a large-scale transformation plan to shift from on-premise to SaaS solutions. The program targeted four strategic growth platforms and required cross-BU coordination, operational alignment, and robust change management to ensure success.

Approach and methodology

  • Gap analysis across Business Units, tools and reporting practices mapping, PMO committee facilitation with the Executive Committee.
  • Co-building product and project roadmaps.
  • Designing a CEO-level performance dashboard based on Sales process reviews and KPI analysis.
  • Delivering an implementation framework and transferring ownership to SalesOps.
