Professional experience
For consultants: We value hybrid profiles, which combine experience in a top-tier strategy/organization/finance consulting firm and in operational roles (corporate or entrepreneurial).
For operational managers: We are looking for profiles who have held executive or near-executive level positions (COMEX level N or N-1) in roles such as General Management, Finance, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, Digital, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, Legal, Sales, etc.
High level of qualification
A leading academic education is required to join the OMS independent consultant network, whether it was obtained in France or internationally.
