Context

A major player in the financing of territories in France has embarked on an ambitious transformation of its operational model to support the development of its new 5-year strategic plan. In this context, they have enlisted OMS to define their multi-year transformation roadmap, prioritize key transformation markers for effective management, and implement monitoring tools (dashboards, etc.).
