Nikolas Kelaiditis

As Managing Partner Germany, I lead OMS’s business in Europe’s largest economy.

My background spans consulting, retail, e-commerce, and tech. After business school in Germany, the US, and Spain, I led a 70+ person team at Aldi before joining Roland Berger’s Retail and Consumer Goods practice. I then spent eight years at Amazon, most recently heading Amazon Business Retail in Europe. A personal highlight was a secondment in Brazil, a country close to my heart. Afterwards, I served as VP of Markets and Growth at unicorn scale-up OneFootball.

In 2023, I returned to consulting to advise global retail and e-commerce players on growth strategies, while building a performance program based on the operational playbooks of Amazon and Aldi. Hiring and development has been a constant focus throughout my career, including 300+ leadership interviews as a Bar Raiser at Amazon.

At OMS, I combine consulting experience with my passion for matching exceptional talent with high-impact roles to drive impact for clients across a broad range of industries. Outside of work, I love hiking in the mountains near Munich, experimenting in the kitchen (results may vary!), traveling to unusual destinations, and spending time with my family.
